Joyce Derrick-Cotton, is the owner of JDC Notary & Transcription Services, and has been a bonded Notary Public for many years, is a member of the National Notary Association, a Certificated Paralegal, a registered and bonded Legal Document Assistant in Fresno County, and has clearance to notarize documents in the Fresno Jail facility. She started her career in the legal field in 1988 as a Legal Secretary and graduated from Fresno City College Paralegal Program. She has worked for various law firms in Fresno specializing in Civil, Personal Injury, Business, and Criminal matters. With many years in the legal field Joyce decided to use her skills and knowledge to provide low cost self-help assistance to people with limited resources. She also has extensive experience in dictaphone machine transcription.
